Dreaming
Today I was given a media-pass to the Indigenous festival in Woodford called the Dreaming Festival. It is Australia’s largest festival celebrating indigenous peoples of the world. My position on copyright
Since I have copyrighted some of my works on flickr (through Creative Commons) I have realised that it is more complex than I originally thought. Today I looked at the copyright issues that are most relevant to photographers. I went to the Australian Copyright Council website and downloaded the information sheet about photography and copyright.
It was a great website, they give you a interesting summary of the key points and what copyright protects. The key points are;

Photo sharing site evaluation
At the beginning of this course I said that I would investigate and evaluate a number of photo sharing sites or website platforms. I have looked at Flickr, Picasa, Dreamweaver, Iweb and MobileMe. I have decided that for me, Dreamweaver is the best option as it allows me to create exactly what I have in mind.
I will now give my 2 cents on all the photo sharing platforms that I have investigated.
